Ingredients: Raw Jackfruit, Fresh Ginger, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Coconut Vinegar, Garlic, Gingelly Oil, Rock Salt, Red Chilly Powder, and Turmeric Powder.
Storage Instructions:
- Keep the pickle jar in a cool, dry place.
- Retain the oil layer in the pickle to extend shelf life.
- Store in the refrigerator if possible.
- Always use a dry spoon to serve.

How to store pickles?
Pickles should always be stored in glass bottles in cool, dry areas away from direct sunlight. Since oil acts as a natural preservative, make sure the pickle has a good oil coating. Shake the jar well after each use to maintain a glossy oil layer on top, preventing contact with air. Always store in a dry ceramic jar (achar bharani) or a sterilized glass jar to keep it fresh for months.
